Automated blogging that publishes to your own domain

Automated blogging means software handles the steps between an idea and a published post: drafting, formatting, SEO and publishing. With Blogizi, your own AI agent writes the draft, and Blogizi hosts it on your domain with the SEO done. You approve each post before it goes live.

It isn't an autopilot writer like Autoblogging.ai or RightBlogger. If you already write with Claude, Codex, or Cursor, Blogizi is the publishing half of the pipeline.

Overview

Auto blogging without a second AI writer

Autopilot tools generate posts for you. Blogizi assumes you already have Claude or another agent. We automate publishing, hosting, and the technical SEO, so your automated blog lives on your own domain.

  • Your agent writes markdown with title, slug, description, and keyword
  • Blogizi stages drafts via CLI, MCP, or skill, never a silent auto-publish
  • Public blogs get sitemaps, OG images, and custom domains automatically
  • Compare vs Autoblogging.ai / RightBlogger: they write; we publish & host

Product

An automated blog that knows what to write next

Blogizi is the publishing layer for indie developers and product teams, not another AI writer. You bring the agent; we host the blog and, on Pro, feed your Search Console data back to it.

Agent-driven drafting

Your agents write from the repo, chat, or research tools you already use. Blogizi is the publish layer.

SEO plumbing included

Canonicals, sitemaps, structured data, and social previews ship with every public blog. No extra CMS plugins.

Draft-first safety

Automation stages drafts by default. Nothing goes live until you (or an approval gate) confirm.

Knows what to write next (Pro)

Blogizi reads your Search Console data with read-only access. Your agent sees which queries you almost rank for and which posts aren't indexed yet.

Workflow

How AI-powered blog automation works

Four steps from agent draft to a live post. The same AI blog automation workflow whether you use the CLI, MCP, or a scheduled agent.

  1. Step 1

    Choose your agent

Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes-Agent, Perplexity Computer, Cowork, or Paperclip: whatever already writes for you.

  2. Step 2

    Draft with SEO frontmatter

Title, slug, description, and keyword travel with the markdown so every staged post is search-ready.

  3. Step 3

    Stage on Blogizi

CLI, MCP, or skill pushes a draft. Publishing live stays a separate, explicit step you control.

  4. Step 4

    Ship to your domain

Custom domain or path mode, sitemaps, robots.txt, and Open Graph images, handled automatically.

Terminal
# 1. Authenticate once blogizi auth YOUR_API_KEY blogizi use my-product-blog # 2. Your agent drafts markdown with SEO frontmatter # 3. Stage it as a draft (never auto-publishes) blogizi draft ./posts/ai-blog-automation-workflow.md # 4. You review in the dashboard, then publish blogizi publish ./posts/ai-blog-automation-workflow.md

Automatic blog posting

Put your agent on a schedule, not on autopilot

Automatic blog posting with Blogizi means the drafting runs on a timer and the publishing waits for you. Any scheduler works: cron, a GitHub Action, or an agent routine.

# weekly-post.sh: your agent drafts a post, Blogizi stages it cd ~/my-app claude -p "Read CHANGELOG.md and this week's commits. Write a blog post about what shipped to ./posts/<slug>.md with Blogizi frontmatter (title, description, keyword, slug), then run: blogizi draft ./posts/<slug>.md" # crontab -e (every Monday at 09:00) 0 9 * * 1 ~/my-app/scripts/weekly-post.sh # Nothing is live yet. You get a draft in the dashboard and publish when it reads right.
  • The agent writes from your repo, changelog, or research, so posts are about things you actually did
  • blogizi draft stages the post with its title, slug, description, and keyword
  • You read it in the dashboard and publish, or ask the agent to fix it and run blogizi update

Does it work?

Does auto blogging work?

It depends on what you automate. Bulk articles generated from a keyword list tend to fail: Google treats pages made mainly to rank as scaled content abuse, whether a person or a model wrote them. Automating the publishing and keeping a person on the writing works.

  • Drafts by default, so every post gets read by a human before it's indexed
  • Write from real material: commits, support tickets, launches, experiments
  • One keyword per post, set in frontmatter, so posts don't compete with each other
  • Technical SEO is automatic, so review time goes into the content

FAQ

Automated blogging questions

What is automated blogging?

Automated blogging is a pipeline where software drafts, formats, and publishes blog posts with little manual work. With Blogizi, your own AI agent writes the markdown and Blogizi stages and hosts it on your domain with the technical SEO done. Publishing stays a step you confirm.

Is auto blogging bad for SEO?

Mass-producing pages to manipulate rankings is against Google's scaled content abuse policy, whoever writes them. Automating the publishing (frontmatter, sitemaps, OG images, hosting) is not. Use automation for the plumbing and keep a human review on every post.

Can AI publish blog posts automatically?

Technically yes, and many autopilot tools do. With Blogizi it's your choice: blogizi draft (or the MCP draft_post tool) stages a draft for review, and blogizi publish (or publish_post) takes a post live in one step. We recommend drafts plus a human read, and you can still schedule the drafting with cron or an agent routine.

What's the best automated blogging software?

It depends on who writes. If you want a tool to generate articles for you, Autoblogging.ai, RightBlogger, Outrank, or Arvow are built for that. If you already write with Claude, Codex, or another agent, Blogizi is the publish-and-host layer without a second AI subscription.

Is Blogizi the same as Autoblogging.ai or RightBlogger?

No. Those tools generate content for you. Blogizi assumes you already write with Claude, Codex, or another agent. We host the blog, handle the SEO plumbing, and publish when you confirm.

Will posts publish automatically?

Only when you tell them to. Drafting is the default: blogizi draft and draft_post save a draft. Going live is a separate, explicit command (blogizi publish or publish_post) that you or your agent runs on purpose.
